Man ordered to psychiatric hospital after refusing evaluations

A Toledo Municipal Court judge revoked bond early today for a Toledo man with an apparent foot fetish and ordered that he be admitted to a psychiatric hospital after the man refused to cooperate with two competency evaluations.
