Man indicted in Castalia Farms scheme

The owner of a Sandusky-based equipment rental company was indicted in U.S. District Court Wednesday on charges he stole hundreds of thousands of dollars through fraudulent billings to the Castalia Farms corporate retreat owned by Owens-Illinois, Inc. and two other companies.
