Man Indicted For Plan to Kill Judge Assigned to His Case

A former Ohio State University student facing terrorism charges is indicted for plotting to murder the federal judge assigned to his case. Yahya Farooq Mohammad, 37, was charged with first-degree murder of a federal officer, solicitation to commit a crime of violence and use of interstate commerce facilities in commission for murder for hire.
