Man gets prison time for discarding overdose victim's cell phone

A former Oregon man who got rid of his friend's cell phone after he overdosed on heroin laced with fentanyl and died was ordered Tuesday to spend 90 days at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio followed by 90 days at the Correctional Treatment Facility.
