Man gets 39 years for shooting that killed 14-year-old, wounded 2 other teens

An East Toledo man who opened fire on four teenagers in a central Toledo neighborhood last year, killing one and wounding two, pleaded guilty to reduced charges Tuesday and was immediately sentenced to 39 years in state prison.
