Man arrested in connection to shooting that prompted lockdown at Defiance College

Police say the man was charged with carrying a concealed weapon, and having weapons under disability, in connection to a shooting in the 800 block of North Clinton Street. On the back of each marked Toledo Police cruiser, you'll now see bumper stickers that say, "Toledo: Your A3 4% At Work."
