Man arrested and charged with murder of 73-year-old

A Toledo man has been arrested and charged with murder in the death of a 73-year-old city resident. Toledo police Tuesday identified Michael Smoot, 38, of the 1100 block of South Avenue as the assailant who beat to death Howard Sites.
