Man accused of rape, kidnapping declines attorney

Stating he has no faith in lawyers but would rely solely on God, Esten Ciboro on Wednesday again told a Lucas County judge he wanted to represent himself as charges mount in a case involving the shackling and rape of a young girl in a basement.
