Make city pay for housing inmates, CCNO asks judge

In an increasingly complex dispute over who’s responsible for housing Lucas County inmates, the board that runs the regional jail near Stryker filed a counterclaim this week asking the court to require the city of Toledo to continue paying more than a third of the jail’s costs at least while the legal battle rages.
