Lucas County prosecutor’s 'inappropriate texts' referenced as reason for resignation

Long-time Lucas County Assistant Prosecutor Robert Miller resigned last month after his boss learned he had sent “inappropriate” text messages to three of the women in the office, a document placed in his personnel file states.
