Lucas County jobless rate down a smidge

Lucas County’s unemployment rate was an estimated 4.7 percent in November, which was one tenth of a percentage point lower than last year’s jobless rate. Within the city of Toledo, the unemployment rate was 5.3 percent, unchanged from last year.
