Lucas County GOP state House candidate withdraws

A Republican candidate for the state House withdrew from his race this week in a letter blasting new GOP chairman Mark Wagoner, Jr., for refusing to support him, a claim the party head wrote off as maneuvering by the previous chairman Jon Stainbrook.
