Lucas Co. sees jump in early voters

The number of people who have cast early votes increased significantly in the past week in Lucas County, with contentious presidential primary races and local ballot issues drawing out voters before Tuesday's election. Today is the last day for early in-person voting, and by midday Sunday, the Lucas County Board of Elections had recorded a more than 60 percent increase in early voters compared to the 2012 presidential primary race.
