Lucas Co. elections board to decide whether to keep director

Gina Kaczala, the Republican director who has headed the Lucas County Board of Elections since Secretary of State Jon Husted acted in 2014 to end a period of “dysfunction,” faces a critical board vote today in a biennial reorganization meeting.
