Lt. Gov. Tressel stresses work-force development at BGSU visit

BOWLING GREEN — At a tour of a construction project that will expand Bowling Green State University’s technology engineering innovation center by 50 percent, Ohio Lt. Gov. Jim Tressel called on the university to offer more work-force training to Ohio residents.
