Lowell E. Roe: 1925-2016

Lowell E. Roe, 91, a retired Toledo Edison vice president who was credited with planning, construction, and licensing of the Davis-Besse nuclear power station near Oak Harbor, Ohio, died Saturday in Kingston Residence of Perrysburg.
