Low marks again for Lucas Co. districts on annual state report card

The annual Ohio school report card once again handed Toledo Public Schools a failing grade, both in achievement and in meeting the state’s indicators overall. But it isn’t the only Lucas County district to perform poorly on the Ohio Department of Education’s yearly assessment.
