Lloyd J. Colenback (1928-2016)

Lloyd J. Colenback, downtown Toledo advocate, megaphone, and visionary who returned to his hometown and spoke out as he remade a vacant downtown department store into office space, died July 9 in the Evangelical Home in Saline, Mich., where he lived the last eight years. He was 87.
