Lighthouse closer to returning

PORT CLINTON — A city council vote to revise an agreement with the Port Clinton Lighthouse Conservancy clears one more hurdle in the nonprofit’s quest to return a restored lighthouse to the Lake Erie shoreline in time for its 120th anniversary.
