Libraries more than just books

The premise is simple: Libraries and other outlets throughout the Toledo metro area have dedicated rooms and equipment which allows patrons to create everything from toy soldiers to photo scrapbooks and studio-quality recordings of their own music. Among rows of books and computers at the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library's Oregon and West Toledo branches you might notice a closed off area labeled "Studio."
