Legislators tour testing grounds for self-driving cars

YPSILANTI, Mich. — U.S. Reps. Bob Latta (R., Bowling Green) and Debbie Dingell (D., Dearborn) got a first-hand look Tuesday at an automated-vehicle testing ground being built on the site that once produced thousands of World War II bomber planes.
