Lawmakers to resume hearings on jobless bill

COLUMBUS — Advocates for poorer Ohioans on Monday urged lawmakers to slow down a proposed overhaul of the state’s unemployment compensation system that they argue would hurt jobless workers without getting the fund to solvency.
