Lawmakers debate priorities as state budget heads to Senate

COLUMBUS — The Ohio House of Representatives voted largely along party lines Wednesday for a two-year budget that Republicans argued would set the state on a reasonable path to growth but Democrats contend ignores everyday Ohioans.
