Larry Martin: 1936-2015; Railroad worker led school board in contentious times

MONTPELIER, Ohio — Larry R. Martin, who after a four-decade career with the railroad served on numerous boards in the Montpelier area, died Sunday at the Defiance Area Inpatient Hospice Center. He was 79.
