Lane closings to impact U.S. 23 northbound in Monroe County

OTTAWA LAKE, Mich. — Pavement patching that began Monday morning will close one of two lanes on northbound U.S. 23 in southern Monroe County through Thursday, the Michigan Department of Transportation announced.
