Landlords sue Bowling Green over tenant restrictions

BOWLING GREEN — Rose Hess has lived in her east-side Bowling Green home since 1964, when she arrived in the city as a graduate student. In that time, Bowling Green State University has increased its enrollment but not built new dormitories to house students, pushing them into the residential market.
