Krawiec slides into 1st at NHRA nationals

NORWALK, Ohio — Seconds after his run ended, Eddie Krawiec lost control of the brakes on his motorcycle. He continued to coast as he clung to his bike, all the way to the end of the asphalt drag strip and into a pit of sand built at the end of the track as a safety precaution.
