Key tenant to leave historic building

The Collaborative Inc., one of Toledo’s premier architectural firms, a key tenant of downtown’s historic Gardner Building, and a member of the partnership that saved the building from the wrecking ball in 1987, apparently is moving its offices to the Maumee River bank.
