Kasich's detail impacts highway patrol budget

COLUMBUS — Ohio’s increasing taxpayer tab for protecting Gov. John Kasich elsewhere in the country on the presidential campaign trail apparently played a role in today’s appropriation of an additional $2.5 million for the state highway patrol.
