Kasich tabs Lucas to join UT board of trustees

COLUMBUS — Will Lucas, a Democrat who had already been picked by Gov. John Kasich for the Ohio Casino Control and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday commissions, has been pegged by the Republican governor for the University of Toledo Board of Trustees.
