Kasich orders flags lowered to honor Latta

Gov. John Kasich today ordered the U.S. and Ohio flags to be flown at half-staff Monday at public buildings and grounds in Hancock and Wood counties and at the Statehouse in honor of the late U.S. Rep. Delbert L. Latta (R., Bowling Green).
