Kasich OKs restoring sales tax exemption

COLUMBUS — Three years after vetoing such a move, Gov. John Kasich signed a bill Tuesday restoring the sales tax exemption on precious metals and investment coins that was repealed more than a decade ago in the wake of the Coingate scandal.
