Kasich: Ohio flags at half-staff for Reagan

COLUMBUS – Ohio Gov. John Kasich today ordered that flags be flown at half-staff at all public buildings and grounds throughout the state through sunset on the burial date for former First Lady Nancy Reagan, who died Sunday.
