Kasich lags rivals in both votes, money

Ohio Gov. John Kasich’s standing in the campaign fund-raising contest looks a lot like his standing in the hunt for Republican presidential delegates: a distant third. But he’s hoping his second-place finish Tuesday in the New York primary can close the cash gap.
