Kasich cuts plan that might hinder driverless vehicles

COLUMBUS — Gov. John Kasich on Friday signed into law a two-year, $7.8 billion transportation and public safety budget, but not before striking a provision he said could throw up barriers to Ohio’s pursuit of driverless vehicle technology.
