Kaptur campaign ads highlight split with Democrats on transgender issues

U.S. Rep. Marcy Kaptur is highlighting her vote for a Republican-backed parental consent bill in new campaign ads that also declare that “boys should not play in girls’ sports,” an issue on which she has twice opposed Republican legislation.
