Kapszukiewicz claims business backing in mayor race

Mayoral candidate Wade Kapszukiewicz highlighted his support from business groups, and renewed his attack on the city’s building inspection department Thursday as not adequately cross-trained, while Mayor Paula Hicks-Hudson said the department is adding staff and skills in response to construction demand.
