Kapszukiewicz, city council work to finalize 2018 budget

A joint budget task force between Toledo City Council and the Kapszukiewicz administration established three goals at the beginning of the year: reduce the transfer of capital improvement dollars to the general fund; boost the “rainy day” fund, and allocate more Community Development Block Grant dollars to neighborhood projects.
