Kapszukiewicz ahead in mayoral race campaign spending

Toledo mayoral candidate Wade Kapszukiewicz raised nearly a quarter of a million dollars this year to fund his campaign, more than either of his major opponents in the Sept. 12 primary, according to campaign finance reports filed Thursday.
