Kaine discusses Clinton’s health, education plans

DAYTON — Democratic vice presidential nominee Tim Kaine said Monday he talked with Hillary Clinton for the first time on Sunday about her pneumonia diagnosis after her near collapse — two days after she was diagnosed.
