Jury handed Ciboro case after closing arguments

Before sending the jury to deliberate today prosecutors painted a picture of evil: a 13-year-old girl shackled naked in the basement for wetting the bed. A 9-year-old girl upstairs being raped by a man who was supposed to keep her safe.
