Judith Ann Jobuck (1938-2017)

Judith Ann Jobuck, who kept track of blood needs in northwest Ohio for the American Red Cross and marshaled forces to maintain a ready supply, died March 17 of respiratory failure in her West Toledo home. She was 78.
