Judge tosses 2 counts against orthopedic surgeon

MONROE — A judge in Monroe County Circuit Court acquitted a former Lambertville orthopedic surgeon on two of four counts of criminal sexual conduct Monday after hearing testimony from the two patients who alleged he touched them inappropriately during exams.
