Judge denies motion to suppress cell phone data in Kei’mani Latigue case

Cell phone records that Toledo police obtained using a defective search warrant may still be introduced as evidence because the police acted in good faith, the judge overseeing the Kei’mani Latigue case ruled Wednesday afternoon.
