John Kevern: 1942-2016

John Kevern, president of Perrysburg City Council whose long history of public service in Wood County included 23 years on the Perrysburg Board of Education and two decades on the Penta Career Center board, died Monday in Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg Township.
