John H. Esbin (1935-2018)

John H. Esbin, who oversaw computer services for public entities — including the city of Toledo and the University of Toledo — from the era of mainframe behemoths to desktop terminals, died April 13 in ProMedica Ebeid Hospice Residence, Sylvania. He was 82.
