Job training firm charged with fraud

A South Toledo company that received about $15.7 million in government funding to provide job training for the poor over a 10-year period used a chunk of that money for personal expenses — from vehicles and real estate to tattoos and cosmetic surgery — a federal indictment unsealed Thursday alleged.
