Jerry Matheny: 1937-2016

WAUSEON — Jerry Matheny, a longtime business owner who as a three-term mayor of Wauseon who encouraged planning, business growth, and pride in the city, died Thursday in the apartment above a downtown business he and his wife formerly ran. He was 79.
