Jere E. Witt (1947-2017)

MARTIN, Ohio — Jere E. Witt, who as longtime Ottawa County administrator oversaw daily operations and projects of all types — water and sewer lines, a courthouse renovation — while minding the bottom line, died Monday in Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg Township. He was 69.
