Jasmine Queen murder case goes to jury for deliberations

Four days of trial testimony failed to prove that Marshaun Purley contributed a single shot to the gunfire that killed a popular South Toledo waitress outside an after-hours club just after Halloween, a defense lawyer argued Friday before the jury got the case.
